2. Textured ponytail

- Section off a few millimetres at the front of the hair on either side of your parting. Clip away.
- Use a comb to divide off the halo section, which is the hair on the crown of the head. Clip away.
- Finally, clip away the rest of the hair at the base of your head. You should now have four clipped sections.
- Release the halo section and split it into three strands. Backcomb the middle section, smooth the top, then roll the hair under and pin. It will look like one big rolled curl. Repeat with the bottom strand.
- Release the base section of your hair. Bring the top strand of the halo section over the two rolled curls and gather up along with the base section of the hair, forming a ponytail. Smooth with a brush before securing with a hair tie.
- Now take the front sections, one side at a time, and brush towards the ponytail. Wrap around the hair tie, then pin in place.
- Tousle the ponytail with your fingers to create a bit of volume, and you’re done!
