How to Half Up Half Down Wedding Hair Step-By-Step
#Step 1
- To curl hair, hold the curler with the clasp open and facing forward, take a section of hair and starting 2 - 3 centimeters from the root, wrap it around the curler.
- Hold it in the hair for approximately 5 to 10 seconds depending on your hair type and condition.

#Step 2
- Split the hair into 2 sections from ear to ear brushing with your fingers to smooth.
- Direct the hair loosely towards the crown to create a soft ponytail.
#Step 3
Secure with a hair tie into a half up half down style.
#Step 4
For the extra stylish wedding guest, use a fascinator or decorative headband to your style.
#Step 5
Randomly select curls from the bottom section, secure around the ponytail until you’ve created your desired look.
