Q: Which products are effected by changes?
A: The new warranty conditions only effect product purchased from Jan 1 2012

Q: What do I have to do?
A: If you purchased a VS product with the sticker on it before Jan 1 the current 2011 warranty conditions still apply. If you have purchased the product after Jan 1, 2012 you can download the new warranty card for your product using the relevant link above.

Q: Do the changes mean the period of warranty is affected?
A: No, the period of you warranty is still the same and has not changed in any way.
