What to do about faulty products

If you are experiencing difficulty using your product please follow these steps:

Please note the following:

  • Products cannot be returned or replaced based on a change of mind or if the product is operating correctly but does not suit your needs.
  • If your appliance is brand new and not working within the relevant product warranty period, please contact the original retailer with the original receipt for proof of purchase.  Faulty products will be replaced by the retailer.
