Fill in your personal details in the online form, including the barcode number. Valid entries must contain the following information: |

| 6. | The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process, Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid |
| 7. | This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity of the winner. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit and originality. Prior to judging each entry will be split into its respective magazine category (Madison, Grazia or NW). Judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises and will commence on the 24th of December. Winners will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry. |
| 8. | The best valid entry as determined by the judges will receive the major prize pack valued at $1,000. Each prize pack includes the following : 1x $1,000 voucher to a day spa of the promoter’s choice. The prize does not include transfers to and from the nominated day |
| 9. | Total prize pool is $1,000. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner. Selection of Day Spa voucher awarded to the winners will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. Prize will be sent to the entrant at the address stipulated in their entry. The Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the voucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified on the voucher and to the standard business guidelines of the nominated Day Spa. In the event that the winner is requested to provide proof of age or consent to redeem the voucher, then redemption of the voucher will be subject to presentation of such proof. What constitutes identification and/or proof of consent is at the complete discretion of the Promoter and/or the nominated Day Spa. |
| 10. | In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. |
| 11. | In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner does not take all elements of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. |
| 12. | Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant (f) redemption of the prize and/or (g) participation in this promotion. |
| 13. | Each entry becomes the property of the Promoters. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this offer is governed by the Privacy Notice (see contents page for location in each issue). |
| 14. | Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. |
| 15. | In the event that the prize is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value. |
| 16. | By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit (with their literary piece being entered into a database) and the Promoters may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. |
| 17. | The Promoters reserve the right to refuse to allow any participant to take part in any or all aspects of taking the prize, if the Promoters determine, in its absolute discretion, that any participant is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate. |

| 19. | Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoters are not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoters are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Competition. |
